Credits for ARRT Regardless of Where You Are!

ct tech school

At Pulse Radiology, we have a CE academy that serves to provide you with CE credit wherever you are and whenever you have time. An MRI technician school would be an expensive place to look for CE credits and its courses would have rigid schedules that can be hard to adapt to if you’re working fulltime.

ARRT has certain CE credits for MRI techs. Any MRI technologist has to provide 24 credits per 2 year period. If you’re having a hard time attaining these credits, you can join our online courses and get them at the comfort of your home. You can work on them whenever you have time. All of our courses are ASRT approved and are worth a minimum of 1.5 CE credits.

Our courses are always being updated with all the latest info in the world of radiology. That way you’re learning new information and doing something truly beneficial to your career. They’re also interactive and aren’t boring. Getting CE credits for ARRT shouldn’t be a tasking and time consuming thing to do.

We offer a wide range of courses to keep people updated with their fields. As mentioned earlier, our courses are constantly being modified based on new discoveries and advancements in the world of radiology. Here’s a list of some of the courses we provide online:

  • Fundamental Method to Understanding Pulse Sequence Timing Mechanisms
  • Patient Management, Screening, and Safety
  • A Step by Step Approach to Ankle Anatomy and Ligaments

We’re constantly working on adding new courses to cover a wider range of topics. As you can see, some of our courses are related to patient health and safety too. As a radiology tech, you can’t forget that a big part of your job is dealing with patients and helping them through their illnesses.

It’s understandable that many radiology techs don’t like going to MRI technician school for CE credits and don’t understand the reason for this requirement. The truth is that CE credits help radiology techs stay updated on knowledge as well as skills. Both of these are important for providing the required standard of care for patients.

Another reason you might be required to go to MRI technician school is for continuing qualification requirements (CQR). CE credits, 24 of them, are needed for every 2 year period. CQR, on the other hand, are required every 10 years. Instead of returning to MRI technician school to help meet these requirements, we can provide you with everything you need here at Pulse Radiology.

For CQR, we have 2 14-week programs. One is for MRI techs and the other is for CT techs. Both of our programs are approved by the ARRT. The MRI program is worth 25.5 category A CE credits while the CT program is worth 29 category A CE credits.

Our courses are available online meaning you can work on them whenever you have free time. Constantly check our website for new updates and new course topics. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at Pulse Radiology.
