Pulse Radiology Education

Pulse Radiology Education was founded in November 2015 by Neil Huber. We launched our first online MRI program just a few months later, in January 2016. Pulse Radiology, located in NY, is the first ARRT approved online MRI certification program and CT training program.

Our goal is to enable radiology techs to become more specialized either in the field of MRIs or that of CT scans. The main obstacle many of them face is that they don’t have time because they work too much. The benefit of online programs is that you can take them at your own pace whenever you’re free.

As an MRI tech, you’ll earn more than you do as a radiology tech. With our online programs, the transition won’t be difficult or time consuming. You can catch up with online coursework whenever you’re free.

In January 2017, we launched the CT training program. It follows the same model of the MRI program, but with emphasis on CT scans instead. Through our CT program, you’ll receive everything you need to pass your certification tests. Clinical training is included and closely resembles what it’ll be like for you on the job.

In May 2017, we launched video module programs to help radiology techs acquire the CE credits they need to maintain ARRT certification. ARRT requires 24 credits every 2 years. Finding sources for these credits can be time-consuming. At Pulse Radiology, you can get the credits you need by completing our online modules. To get the credits, you’ll have to watch the videos and then solve questions after each lecture. The credits you get are approved by the ASRT.

In January 2018, ARRT changed their certification rules to require radiology techs to become recertified every 10 years. Pulse Radiology is proudly here to help you meet the requirements for certification.
