MRI and CT Training Programs at Pulse Radiology
A radiologic technologist looking to make the step forward to become a certified CT or MRI tech will need to pass certain ARRT (American Registry for Radiologic Technologists) certifications. They’ll have to pass the ARRT registry test, but before they can even take the test, they’ll need to complete clinical training that meets certain requirements.
At Pulse Radiology, we provide MRI and CT training programs. These programs consist of an online portion and a clinical training portion. Our clinical training is up to ARRT specifications.
The Value of MRI and CT Training Programs
As a radiologic technologist, becoming an MRI or CT specialist might be one of your dreams. Unfortunately, you’ll have to go through a process detailed by the ARRT to make your dream come true. At Pulse Radiology, we can provide you with the required clinical training so you can meet ARRT requirements and become the best MRI or CT tech you possibly can.
We have online MRI and CT training programs with each consisting of 14-weeks. Once you’re halfway through your online course, you can begin your clinical training. We’re currently operating in several states including New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Maryland, Texas, and Rochester. You can receive your clinical training to become an MRI or CT tech in any one of our 200 centers in these states. Those living in different states will need to get in touch with us so we can help them get training in their state.
We’re constantly working on expanding and extending our reach to more states. We currently have several centers and affiliates, but we understand that more work needs to be done to reach more radiologic technologists.
For the clinical training portion of our programs, you’ll be in touch with a clinical coordinator to keep you on track and assist you with anything you might need in the course. A course book will also be available for download and printing so you can have it with you wherever you go.
Our priority is for you to get your clinical training near where you live and to help you achieve the maximum possible gain. It’s not just focused on operating the MRI or CT machines, but also involves interacting with patients because at the end, as healthcare workers, the patients are what we prioritize.
The clinical training relies on several educational techniques and methods. The use of different teaching methods helps us get our point across in several ways and one of them is bound to stick. You just have to attend, put in the work, and pay attention and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll be supervised by clinical experts throughout your training.
Clinical training, aided with the online portion of the program, should provide you with all you need to take the next step in your career. At Pulse Radiology, our priority is to get you to where you aspire to go. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
